- Prior-Cisco experience in Scrum Master role, handling complex cross-functional IT projects, preferred
- Ability to work with geographically spread-out teams (with onsite/offshore model)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to bring together diverse team and align to common goals and project milestones
- Strong skills in dependency management, change management, release planning & execution, ongoing issues/risks management
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in planning, tracking, and management reporting
- Drive quality control practices and agile metrics in development & QA activities within team ensuring alignment with corporate performance expectations
- Good communication and presentation skills (work involves interactions with senior managers and directors from customer side – Business and IT)
