Job Summary:
Reporting to the Field Maintenance and Development Manager, the Facility/Field Maintenance Specialist is responsible for seeing through repair requests and is to maintain a clear action list and completion timelines for all maintenance projects. The maintenance specialist will perform tasks as needed including plumbing, painting, landscaping, carpentry, and other facility maintenance & repairs.
Essential Functions:
- Ability to plan based on priority level and location.
- Focus on establishing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules.
- Generate a list of ongoing repairs to grounds, buildings, and housing.
- Plumbing, Painting, Landscaping, Carpentry, General Repair & Maintenance.
- Maintain grounds, housing, and buildings on Enfield property.
- Maintenance focused in the following areas, plumbing, painting, landscaping, and carpentry.
- Maintain organized repair requests, with timely completion timelines.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in indoor and outdoor settings. This role is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. PPE required in production facilities: hearing protection, lab coat, gloves, proper footwear.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will be regularly communicating through telephone, and in person, and must have the ability to perceive the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. The employee must be able to travel via airplane and vehicle on an occasional basis.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 3 years of experience in facility maintenance, electrical, landscaping, carpentry or combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Bilingual preferred but not required, must be able to work with a diverse group of individuals.
- Must have general construction knowledge and/or experience.
- Must have general electrical knowledge and/or experience
Salary : $25 - $30
