Harvest Facility Line

Pallet Jack - Front End Pallet Jack: For employees at least 16 years old, this position is responsible for pulling fruit from inside the cooler to the scheduled production line.  You will work with the cooler operators on maintaining a clean and organized cooler. 

Pallet Jack - Back End Pallet Jack: For employees 18 and older, this position is responsible for stretch wrapping the finished case pallets from the line and storing them in the freezer or inside the refrigerated trailers.   You will also be responsible for bringing in empty pallets and staging them for production.

Forklift Driver

Must be 16 years old & 1 year experience: The forklift crew is responsible for unloading all fresh fruit from the trucks that bring berries from the field, loading up empty flats onto trucks, labeling pallets from the field, and helping move empty pallets from the flat washing area. This position works inside the cooler, however primarily outside. To be successful, individuals must be willing to work well on a team, complete tasks quickly and efficiently with attention to detail.  

Harvester Prepper: 

Must be 18 years old: Ability to lift flats 30-50lbs with or without accommodations. Harvester preppers are responsible for preparing the harvesters for each day of work. Duties include to grease harvesters, load empty flats on harvesters, and ensure all supplies is stocked. 

Field Truck Driver: 

Must be 18 years old and have a valid Driver’s License: Responsible for unloading flats from harvesters to trucks. Load empty flats on harvesters. Drive back and forth between packing plant and field with occasional forklift driving.
