Job description:
Enfinity Global is looking for a HR Operations Specialist that will be part of the Americas HR department reporting to the US HRBP in Miami, Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS, including new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
- Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and communication with employees and vendors.
- Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing by ensuring accurate data submission and compliance with deadlines.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and ensure smooth transitions during employee exits.
- HR Reporting: Generate and analyze HR reports related to headcount, turnover, and other key metrics.
- Process Improvement: Assist in streamlining and optimizing HR administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
- Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other administrative matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR operations or administrative role.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and strong Excel skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
