Job Description
Enfinity Group is looking for a Paralegal/Legal Assistant, who will be responsible for supporting the Legal Department, Americas in managing their daily workflow, both by carrying out specific tasks and by helping them coordinate and keep track of their daily activities and deadlines.
In particular, the candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, coordinating and managing invoices and P.O., liaising with external law and tax consultants, notaries and other professional entities in relation to various renewable energy project-related procedures, lands screening/double-checking and filing a wide range of documents.
He/she will also be in charge of help managing the corporate books of companies of the Enfinity Group in coordination with external law and tax consultants. While carrying out the above illustrated tasks, the candidate will cooperate and interact regularly with members of the other teams based in the US. The candidate should thus be able to deal with a wide range of interlocutors, to communicate effectively within and outside the team and be willing to put in extra effort to coordinate activities across global time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Legal Department in carrying out their daily activities, scheduling and keeping track of deadlines and priorities;
- Liaising with external law firm, notaries and other professional entities in order to coordinate and mange invoices and P.O., monitor the workflow and facilitate various project-related processes, such as authorization procedures, legal verification of documents and filing;
- Drafting project-related reports, slides, relevant to carrying out legal verification of documents;
- Help managing and filing, legal documents, corporate books, for various companies of the Group and VDR; • Arranging meetings, coordinating agendas, etc.
- Interacting with the other teams (Business Development team, Engineers, Accounting, etc.) on a daily basis in relation to the legal aspects or implications of the projects they manage;
- Drafting basic legal templates.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with managing invoicing process, corporate bookkeeping, legal documents, filing documents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Excellent organization skills;
- Self-motivated, multi-tasking and proactive person;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to mange P.O. and invoicing process.
- Experience in using MS package;
- Ability to perform basic review of documents.
- Flexibility and availability to learn new skills.
