This is a great position to gain broad / diverse experience in early-stage biotechnology development, and offers opportunities to participate in all areas spanning nucleic acid therapy design, in vitro and in vivo studies, and regulatory interactions.
Your Experience level: Bachelors degree in the life sciences or equivalent experience
Valuable Prior Experience: We’re committed to training and lifelong learning, including the key tasks for this role. That said, prior experience is always appreciated. If you have experience in any of the following areas, please let us know:
- Hands-on experience with rodent (mouse, rat) handling, dosing, and necropsy
- Experience with in vivo techniques such as tumor models, animal survival surgeries and sample collection
- Experience with cell culture techniques and molecular biology methods such as PCR and qPCR
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in oncology research is a plus
