Role: Maintenance Technician
Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor
Description / Responsibilities:
- Ensure the physical property is visually impeccable and functionally sound
- General knowledge and troubleshooting skills of – HVAC Plumbing Electrical Appliance Repair Customer Service
- Required to lift or handle 80-100lbs on a regular basis
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- EPA certification required
- Communicate progress with Maintenance Supervisor daily
- Prioritize and complete work orders
- Communicate with Maintenance Supervisor on make ready process
- Perform and complete make ready’s
- Responsible for making sure preventative maintenance deadlines are met as outlined by Regional Maintenance Supervisor and directed by Maintenance Supervisor
- Update inventory as needed
- Be on call as scheduled by Maintenance Supervisor
- Be an active participant in maintenance team Group Text
- This is a safety sensitive position
- Attend monthly conference call, quarterly team meeting in person and semiannual team training in person
- Backup for Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Porter

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
