What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at Engage Management?
Reports to: Director of Marketing
Description / Responsibilities:
· Support and collaborate with Director of Marketing in any capacity needed
· Responsible for the execution and distribution of all marketing materials to all online outlets, properties and perspective places
· Lead all communication at property level to adequately inform onsite staff of objectives relating to their property or team
· Oversee the preparation of and attend property photo shoots
· Manage the generation, production, and distribution of all social media posts ensuring consistent and engaging content
· Creation of new property social media accounts to align with current brand and social media standards
· Develop and implement social media, google advertising, and email marketing campaigns for properties to drive traffic and reviews
· Monitor daily presence of all online and social media outlets responding to inquiries, reviews, and messages within 24 hours
· Manage the creation, advertisement, and strategic planning of company events
· Make weekly updates to residential and commercial online listings
· Process payments related to marketing
· Maintain and keep inventory of all marketing materials
· Perform quarterly audit of and update New Resident Welcome Packets
· Complete all training as required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
