What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Manager position at Engage Management?
Reports to: Director of Operations
Description / Responsibilities:
· Maintain pulse of properties and team morale in designated portfolio
· Collaborate and communicate with Property Managers daily to ensure
· Standards are being upheld
· Policies and procedures are being followed
· Occupancy and delinquency goals are being met
· Analyze weekly Property Manager reports for accuracy and opportunities – then submit to owners and Executive Team
· Ensure accuracy of all property reports
· Empower Property Managers to provide feedback (positive or negative) and document it promptly
· Review & collaborate with Property Managers on Team Member Reviews
· Collaborate consistently with Regional Maintenance Manager
· Responsible for: final decision of conditional and/or declined applications, SODAs, property expenses and files to be submitted to collection agency
· Foster a culture of open communication and healthy conflict (specifically with Property Managers)
· Conduct a minimum of one quarterly onsite property meeting for all properties in designated portfolio
· Monitor & maintain all business licenses
· Maintain the Operations Guide
· Maintain Property Manager group text
· Backup for Property Manager
· Lead weekly Property Manager conference call

Prior experience in property management preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
