About Us:

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. This role will be critical in supporting our data-driven decision-making by building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and preparing data for our Data Scientist. The ideal candidate has strong Power BI expertise, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to write simple SQL queries to extract and clean data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to support business intelligence needs.
• Perform ongoing dashboard maintenance and upgrades to improve usability and performance.
• Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to prepare datasets for analysis.
• Utilize Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, etc.) for data manipulation and reporting.
• Write simple SQL queries to retrieve and structure data (no advanced SQL coding required).
• Collaborate with the Data Scientist and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality, usable data.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and dashboards.

Qualifications:

• Must have strong experience with Power BI – dashboard creation, data modeling, DAX.
• Advanced Excel skills – Power Query, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Basic SQL skills – ability to write simple queries for data extraction (not coding complex SQL structures).
• Experience with data cleaning and preparation for analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders and translate data into actionable insights.
