The Director of Client Engagement will serve as a key partner to internal stakeholders, overseeing the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that support enterprise-wide initiatives and drive meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team in developing comprehensive marketing plans that align with organizational goals
- Serve as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders, building strong relationships and delivering thoughtful marketing counsel
- Oversee execution of marketing initiatives across service lines, digital health, special projects, and community-based programs
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure marketing activities are effective, aligned, and results-driven
- Foster collaboration across departments including Communications, Outreach, and Market Development to ensure a unified brand voice
- Introduce innovative marketing approaches to elevate visibility and support growth across healthcare initiatives
- Manage account-specific budgets and provide mentorship and guidance to direct reports
Qualifications:
- 10 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 7 years in a leadership role
- Proven background in healthcare, hospital, or academic medical settings required
- Strong strategic thinking and project management skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to influence across levels
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and navigating matrixed organizations
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
