Monday - Friday, 5 : 30 AM - 2 : 00 PM (Rotating Saturdays)

About the Role :

Our client, a leader in outpatient treatment services, is seeking a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor to join their team. This position offers an opportunity to support individuals on their recovery journey through personalized care and counseling.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address clinical and case management needs.

Ensure compliance with confidentiality and privacy regulations.

Qualifications :

Licensure as an LADC or related credentials (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC).

A minimum of 500 hours of experience in substance abuse counseling preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
