What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mammography Technologist Supervisor position at Engage Partners Inc.?
We’re looking for an Imaging Supervisor to join our team! This role balances supervisory responsibilities with hands-on clinical work as needed, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality patient care.
What You'll Do:
-Lead and support a team in a newly unionized environment
-Oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and quality control
-Work with state-of-the-art technology, including a recently installed Hologic mammo unit and upcoming bone density equipment upgrades
-Perform imaging procedures across multiple modalities as needed (General Radiography, Fluoroscopy, Mammography, CT, and more)
-Collaborate with leadership and keep the Radiology Director informed of departmental activities
What We’re Looking For:
-ARRT certification and Vermont state licensure
-5 years of radiology experience
-Previous leadership experience (union environment preferred)
-Mammography and CT certification (preferred)
-Experience with Epic EMR and Visage PACS (a plus)
