We’re looking for an Imaging Supervisor to join our team in Middlebury, VT!
This role balances supervisory responsibilities with hands-on clinical work as needed, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality patient care.
What You'll Do:
-Lead and support a team in a newly unionized environment
-Oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and quality control
-Work with state-of-the-art technology, including a recently installed Hologic mammo unit and upcoming bone density equipment upgrades
-Perform imaging procedures across multiple modalities as needed (General Radiography, Fluoroscopy, Mammography, CT, and more)
-Collaborate with leadership and keep the Radiology Director informed of departmental activities
What We’re Looking For:
-ARRT certification and Vermont state licensure
-5 years of radiology experience
-Previous leadership experience (union environment preferred)
-Mammography and CT certification (preferred)
-Experience with Epic EMR and Visage PACS (a plus)
