We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Brand Manager to lead go-to-market planning and ensure cohesive communication across our organization. The Brand Manager will play a crucial role in aligning departments to meet goals, deadlines, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This position requires a creative and organized professional with experience within sports and entertainment branding. Specific responsibilities include developing marketing campaigns, managing overall positioning, overseeing the creative development process, and serving as an internal resource for all business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Develop and manage comprehensive go-to-market strategies for events, seasons, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless implementation of marketing plans.
Brand Development:
- Lead the development and maintenance of the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Drive initiatives to enhance brand positioning and awareness globally.
Cross-Organizational Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication among various departments to ensure alignment with overarching organizational goals.
- Act as a liaison between marketing, communications, digital, and other teams to maintain a cohesive approach.
Goal Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and report on the progress of departmental goals, deadlines, and KPIs.
- Analyze data and insights to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaboration and Team Leadership:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize brand strategies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing and creative teams.
Event Marketing:
- Work closely with the broader team to develop and execute live event marketing messaging to drive tune-in and ticket sales.
Qualifications & Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Experience in sports and entertainment branding a must have.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on key metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Passion for sports and an understanding of the sports marketing landscape.
