- Working alongside nurse leaders and frontline staff overseeing nursing quality through rounding and targeted audits
- Oversee nursing performance improvement.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to improve Nursing Performance
- Manage nursing data, reports, publications, analysis
- Oversee NDNQI with data input, sharing reports, and data analysis
- Efficient in Microsoft Excel, data visualization, reports and data analysis
- Ability to present and engage the audience
- Knowledge of Nursing Key Performance Measures and regulations guidelines.
