Engage Senior Therapy is now hiring a Geriatric-focused Physical Therapist to join our team at our partner assisted living facilities in Boston, MA. In this role, you will deliver compassionate and personalized care in a supportive, team-oriented setting that values your expertise and professional growth.
As a Physical Therapist, you will :
- Evaluate patients to assess strength, balance, mobility, and functional impairments
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall function
- Deliver care at one or more assisted living locations , providing meaningful services to a diverse group of seniors
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patient goals are met and outcomes are optimized
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and strategies for maintaining functional independence and a better quality of life
- Document patient care services in compliance with state and facility standards using EMR
- Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, in-service meetings, and workshops
