Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition
- Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for roles such as Behavior Technicians, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Program Coordinators, and administrative staff.
- Manage job postings across multiple platforms, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with our organizational values.
- Represent the organization at hiring events and career fairs to expand the candidate pipeline.
- Screen applications, assess qualifications, and collaborate with current team members involved in the hiring process.
- Draft and deliver offer letters and employment contracts to selected candidates.
- Oversee onboarding processes, including:
- WorkOne assessments and testing.
- Background checks and verifications.
- Completion of pre-employment paperwork and documentation.
- Maintain and update records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare and analyze recruitment metrics to refine strategies and report progress.
- Stay current on employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, FLSA, EEOC, DOJ) and ensure organizational compliance.
- Recommend and implement corrective or disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
- Develop and standardize HR practices across the organization while identifying opportunities for tailored solutions when necessary.
- Provide training and guidance on HR policies and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape policies and decision-making rooted in employee- centric best practices.
- Conduct new employee surveys and follow-ups to gather actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex employee relations matters, offering expert guidance and resolution strategies.
- Prepare and deliver HR reports and presentations for leadership and executive meetings as required.
- Partner with internal teams to drive strategic goals and enhance organizational efficiency.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the success of the HR team and overall organization.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP). Each are a plus, but not required.
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR generalist functions.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve HR processes.
