Job Description
- Talent Acquisition a. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for roles such as Behavior Technicians, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Program Coordinators and administrative staff as needed b. Promote the clinic's mission and values to position the organization as an employer of choice in the ABA field c. Write, post, and manage job advertisements across various platforms, ensuring they are accurate and appealing to prospective candidates. d. Review applications and assess candidate qualifications to match job requirements e. Schedule and conduct interviews and observations in collaboration with Clinical Staff and Office Managers. f. Create and facilitate Offer Letters and Employee Contracts to candidates seeking to be employed g. Meet monthly requirements and expectations for hiring across all locations.
- Administrative a. Maintain accurate records b. Facilitate initial onboarding processes with new hires after employment acceptance i. Work One assessments and testing ii. Background checks iii. Pre-employment paperwork and documentation c. Prepare recruitment metrics and reports d. Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders by participating in regular meetings and follow-ups.
- Candidate Engagement a. Build and maintain strong relationships and communication with candidates, universities, career fairs, and community organizations to create a talent pipeline. b. Administer and conduct follow-up with New Hires within their first year of employment i. New Hire Surveys ii. New Hire Check-Ins c. Register and attend functions for employment opportunities i. High School Career Fairs and Functions ii. College Career Fair and Expos iii. Community Events.
