The appropriate candidate has 8-10 years of Strategy Leadership under their belts, as well as experience managing a Strategy Team. You must be a strong presenter and be able to rule the room. The Design team is sharp, but you need to be a capable communicator who has experience relating branding positioning to Creative teams in a way that brings out the best in them.
