Shift - 1st 7am-3 : 30pm
Pay - $25-$30 / hr
What You'll Do :
- Be the Go-To Expert : Provide top-notch technical support to customers, solving inquiries with expertise.
- Innovate & Develop : Contribute to product development, reverse engineering, and tool innovation.
- Train & Lead : Share your knowledge by training colleagues on advanced technical issues.
- Diagnose & Resolve : Identify root causes for returned products and communicate solutions.
- Keep Us Connected : Update and maintain crucial data in ERP / CRM systems.
