About the Role:
Engauge is seeking an entry-level Design Engineer to join our innovative team in New Berlin, WI. This role focuses on product and system design and development, taking concepts from initial ideas to detailed execution. The Design Engineer will work closely with a project team under the guidance of experienced engineering leads, contributing to automation cell programming, design, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Design components for products and automation systems
✔ Create prototypes and conduct testing/analysis
✔ Develop and refine technical documentation
✔ Carry out quality control procedures to ensure product integrity
✔ Collaborate with teams to improve workflow, safety, and efficiency
What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Technical Expertise – Strong foundation in physics, engineering, and mathematics
🔹 CAD/CAM Proficiency – Experience with design software is required

Qualifications:
📌 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent design experience)
