Compensation Details
Our compensation package includes competitive hourly rates, ranging from $39 to $42 per hour, with premium pay for shifts worked on weekends or nights.
Key Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Technician, your key responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, including robotic and PLC-controlled equipment.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.
- Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement and implementing process changes to drive efficiency and reliability.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food production.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CMMS (EAM) software to schedule, track, and complete work orders.
Salary : $39 - $42
