Maintenance Technician
Location : Milwaukee, WI
Salary : $27–$35 / hour (Based on Experience) Annual Bonus (up to $1,800 / year)
Shift : 1st Shift, 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM (Monday–Friday)
Job Overview
We’re seeking a Level 1–3 Maintenance Technician to join our team! You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment and facilities in a manufacturing environment. This role involves machine troubleshooting, facility upkeep, and working with water treatment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair and troubleshoot CNC machines, EDMs, and molded presses.
- Perform facility maintenance, including HVAC and plumbing repairs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and equipment greasing / cleaning.
- Maintain and monitor water treatment chemicals and processes.
- Respond to safety issues, alarms, and building needs proactively.
- Support R&D projects and oversee seasonal grounds maintenance.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications preferred).
2–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Proficient in reading blueprints and operating inspection tools.
Familiarity with lockout / tag-out procedures and preventive maintenance software.
Valid driver’s license required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift / move up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing setting.
Additional Details
This position may require overtime on weekends and some holidays, as well as on-call availability for alarms.
