Maintenance Tech Technician & Lead (All Shifts)

Location : Oak Creek, WI

Job Type : Direct Hire

Schedule Openings :

  • 1st Shift Monday to Friday (6am to 3pm) - $39-42 / hr
  • 2nd Shift Monday to Friday : (2pm to 11pm) $39-42 / hr ($1.50 shift premium)
  • 3rd Shift Sunday to Thursday : (10pm to 7am) $39-42 / hr ($3.00 shift premium)

Maintenance Lead

2nd shift - Monday to Friday : (2pm to 11pm) - $46.50-51.50 / hr

  • Occasional Weekend work

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food production preferred)
  • Proficiency in English both in written and oral communication
  • Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, including robotic and PLC – controlled equipment.
  • Proficient with gears, pumps, motors, VFDs, and safety systems
  • Knowledge of PLC diagnostic and basic ladder logic programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley)
  • Understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and reliability-centered maintenance.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to perform root cause analyses, and commitment to driving efficiency and reliability.
  • Familiarity with CMMS (EAM) software to schedule, track, and complete work orders.
  • High school diploma or GED required, technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred.
