Engel Realty Company, a well-established real estate company, is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for a property in Kansas City Missouri. The Maintenance Technician works with the Supervisor on day-to-day maintenance activities with make-ready units and other maintenance projects. Responsibilities include: perform general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Responsibilities also include: maintaining electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related systems. Candidates should have problem solving skills, communication skills, and excellent time management skills to coordinate tasks and projects for the property. Work schedule will be Monday thru Friday from 8:00 - 5:00 and on call time will be necessary.
