We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to elevate our brand presence, support our agents, and contribute to our brokerage’s growth and success. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and driven individual passionate about marketing, real estate, and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content Creation:
- Manage all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring alignment with Engel & Völkers' global brand standards.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels) tailored to diverse audiences.
- Develop and execute short-form and long-form video content, including property tours, agent features, and lifestyle branding.
- Utilize photography and videography skills to capture high-quality visuals for marketing campaigns.
Property Marketing:
- Create eye-catching and professional listing videos and photo galleries for new listings.
- Collaborate with agents to design compelling marketing materials, including "Just Listed," "Under Contract," and "Sold" campaigns.
- Maintain the brokerage’s online reputation by managing client reviews and ensuring consistent brand voice.
Agent Support & Recruitment:
- Develop and execute innovative recruiting campaigns to attract top talent to Engel & Völkers Baton Rouge.
- Assist new agents during the onboarding process, including creating agent bios, setting up online profiles, and training on branding tools.
- Organize and design marketing collateral to celebrate agents’ milestones, including awards, achievements, and notable transactions.
Brokerage Growth Marketing Plan:
- Collaborate with leadership to create and execute a strategic marketing plan for brokerage growth and brand expansion.
- Identify opportunities to enhance Engel & Völkers’ visibility within the community through sponsorships, partnerships, and event marketing.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report weekly performance metrics for social media campaigns, website traffic, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights and recommend adjustments to improve engagement and return on investment.
Industry Engagement:
- Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and community initiatives to represent Engel & Völkers Baton Rouge.
- Develop and implement event promotion strategies to increase attendance and visibility.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on real estate marketing trends and implement innovative strategies to enhance brand awareness.
- Act as the go-to person for marketing-related questions, providing hands-on support to agents and leadership as needed.
- Manage and maintain the brokerage’s marketing assets, including templates, tools, and brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation (real estate experience preferred).
- Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere).
- Strong photography and videography skills with experience capturing and editing professional content.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics, SEO principles, and online reputation management.
- Highly creative with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Knowledge of real estate trends and local Baton Rouge market dynamics is a plus.
