Position Summary
This hybrid role is based in Northeast Florida, with travel extending across Amelia Island, the Greater Jacksonville Area, and St. Augustine. As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as the face of Engel & Völkers First Coast, driving our growth by attracting top-producing real estate advisors. This role focuses on promoting the unique value of our brand, including industry-leading support, cutting-edge technology, and an unparalleled company culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent in the real estate industry.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with top-producing real estate advisors.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of joining Engel & Völkers First Coast, highlighting our tools, resources, and culture.
- Proactively generate and manage a pipeline of leads to meet recruitment goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment with company growth objectives and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Northeast Florida real estate industry, preferably in a leadership or recruiting role.
- Proven track record of success in identifying and acquiring top talent, with an in-depth understanding of industry trends and best practices.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in generating and nurturing leads.
- Self-motivated, proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
Compensation
- Pay: Base salary performance-based incentives/bonus.
