The Annie K Team in Bozeman, MT, is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to assist with client interactions, property showings, transaction management and various administrative tasks to support the Team Lead.

Qualifications:
- Active Montana real estate license
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate
- $1M - $2M in closed transactions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to manage leads and client relationships
- Comfortable working independently and with a team
Responsibilities:
- Assist with client interactions, property showings, and consultations.
- Support the Team Lead in transaction management and administrative tasks.
- Guide buyers and sellers through the transaction process.
- Manage and follow up with leads using a CRM system.
- Engage in prospecting and networking to generate new business opportunities.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and market knowledge.
💰 Compensation: Commission-Based
