- Assesses, troubleshoots, and dispatches vendor resources for requested work orders or warranty claims, ensuring efficient resolution.
- Qualifies vendor proposals and material quotes for assigned work orders, always seeking optimal value.
- Executes and communicates work order progress, scheduling, and close-out, maintaining transparency with clients and vendors.
- Ensures adherence to company accounting and invoicing procedures, guaranteeing accurate financial records.
- Maintains profitability measures consistently met on every work order.
- Succinctly executes all work orders or warranty claims on assigned work, adhering to deadlines and expectations.
- Maintains regular communication with clients throughout the duration of the work order or warranty claim, including weekly conference calls or meetings.
- Provides Facility Account Manager with clear assigned work order reporting and updates, facilitating informed decision-making.
