As a key member of our team, the Facility Solutions Account Representative plays a vital role in ensuring seamless execution and management of assigned work orders or warranty claims. This includes onboarding new clients and vendors while providing exceptional communication to clients and vendors regarding assigned work orders or warranty claims.
This position requires an individual who embodies company values and ethics, possessing a profound understanding of company policies, procedures, and software. They will assess, troubleshoot, and dispatch vendor resources for requested work orders or warranty claims, qualifying vendor proposals and material quotes in the process.
The ideal candidate will execute and communicate work order progress, scheduling, and close out of active work orders while upholding company accounting and invoicing procedures. Ensuring profitability measures are consistently met is paramount, as well as successfully executing all work orders or warranty claims assigned.
Maintaining open communication with clients throughout the duration of the work order or warranty claim is essential, including participation in weekly client conference calls or meetings. Providing clear reporting and updates to the Facility Account Manager is also crucial, contributing to business development efforts through client relationships.
This role demands adaptability and organizational skills, with the ability to operate and execute multiple work orders and/or warranty claims simultaneously. Proper time management and prioritization are essential in ensuring work processes align with company policies and procedures.
