Requirements
- Citizenship : Must be a United States citizen and able to provide proof of citizenship (U.S. born or naturalized).
- Security Clearance : Possess or be eligible for a SECRET clearance.
Education and Experience :
Graduate of an accredited Engineering college curriculum (minimum four-year degree).At least six (6) years of design management and / or design experience in tasks such as site layout, grading, and utility systems.Professional License : U.S. Professional Engineering (P.E.) Registration in the discipline (preferred, but not required).Technical Expertise :Broad-based engineering principles and sound technical concepts for multi-disciplined project designs.Demonstrated skills in site layout and grading design, water and sanitary sewer system design, stormwater calculations, and AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency.Communication Skills :
Strong ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.Experience preparing correspondence, detailed reports, and briefing management.Technology Proficiency :Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Familiarity with design software like AutoCAD, Revit, and adaptability to new software (eCMS, MS Teams, Zoom, etc.).Additional Requirements : Complete the SF-85-P Questionnaire for Public Trust Positions.What We Offer
