We are seeking a Part-Time Accounting / Payroll Clerk to support our Workforce Solutions Division . In this role, you will be working within a niche workforce solutions business, partnering with a small team of professionals dedicated to ensuring that our contractors are well-supported. We are looking for a candidate who takes ownership, proactively solves problems, and contributes as a valuable team member.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collect and process timesheets, hotel, travel, and accommodation expenses on a weekly basis.
- Process payroll and expense payments on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis .
- Generate and process client invoices for contractor hours worked each week.
- Resolve queries related to hours worked, payroll, and payments .
- Prepare and maintain weekly profit and loss reports .
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks necessary for accurate payroll and invoicing .
