Structural Engineer - Long-Term Government Program in Honolulu, Hawaii

Requirements
- Citizenship : Must be a United States citizen and able to provide proof of citizenship (U.S. born or naturalized).
- Security Clearance : Possess or be eligible for a SECRET clearance .
Education and Experience :
Graduate of an accredited Engineering college curriculum (minimum four-year degree).Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (with a structural focus).At least six (6) years of design management and / or design experience , specifically in structural engineering for multidisciplined projects.Professional License : U.S. Professional Engineering (P.E.) Registration in the discipline (preferred, but not required).Technical Expertise :
Broad-based engineering principles and strong technical knowledge in structural design.Demonstrated experience in :Structural analysis and design of vertical and lateral force-resisting systems , retaining structures, utility structures, or waterfront structures (e.g., piers, wharves).Using DoD Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) or industry codes and standards, including the International Building Code (IBC) and ASCE 7 Minimum Design Loads for Buildings and Other Structures .Designing structural elements with materials such as concrete, steel, and masonry .Proficiency in AutoCAD and / or Revit for structural design and layout.Communication Skills :
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing.Experience preparing correspondence, detailed reports, and briefing management.Technology Proficiency :
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Adaptable to new software like eCMS, MS Teams, Zoom, and others.Additional Requirements :
