You will be responsible for the smooth execution of simulation solutions, collaborating with various stakeholders, and leading the development of the team to achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership & Coordination :
- Lead and support a team of Project Managers and Engineers.
- Foster clear communication and provide guidance to ensure team success.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to manage the regions activities.
- Oversee and maintain local project portfolios, ensuring performance against KPIs.
- Regularly report team performance to senior management.
- Collaborate with customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage resource allocation and support sales in pre-contract opportunities.
- Project Management :
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning through delivery and customer support.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure project proposals meet technical and operational requirements.
- Manage procurement, contractor coordination, and logistics.
- Ensure accurate project scope planning, verification, and delivery.
- Control project schedules, budgets, and communication to stakeholders.
- Develop and manage risk assessments, addressing potential project challenges.
- Resolve project issues and manage dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Proactively manage project changes and escalate where necessary.
- Evaluate project outcomes, highlighting successful and unsuccessful elements.
- Lead the technical specification reviews and identify preferred vendors for third-party equipment.
- Ensure quality control and continuous improvement in customer support.
- Additional Duties :
- Suggest improvements for internal processes and systems.
- Represent the company in relevant professional matters.
- Communicate effectively using email, phone, and mobile communications.
Qualifications :
Travel Requirements :
