Job Summary : We are looking for an accomplished Principal Cost / Data Analyst with a proven track record of excellence in cost analysis, cost estimating, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of relevant experience and extensive expertise in lifecycle cost estimates, specialized cost estimates, and advanced data analysis techniques. This role involves cost / benefit comparisons, contractor performance analysis, providing programmatic support, and spearheading knowledge management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and manage comprehensive lifecycle cost estimates and specialized cost estimates.
- Utilize cutting-edge data analysis techniques to derive actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct cost / benefit analyses to evaluate program and project performance.
- Perform in-depth contractor performance analysis to assess and enhance operational efficiency.
- Deliver robust programmatic support to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive knowledge management strategies to foster organizational learning and knowledge sharing.
