We’re seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic, close-knit team! Requirements:- Lead, design, and organize wellness initiatives and employee events to bring positive energy to all ENGEO offices.
- Assist with organizational initiatives to support our vision, mission, and values.
- Assist in the full lifecycle of recruitment, including strategic planning, job description writing, resume review, phone screens, interviews, and reference checks.
- Research top universities, degree programs, and special certifications.
- Liaison with our University Outreach and alumni group.
- Lead our STEM initiative by conducting thorough research, strategic planning, and effective execution.
- Attend career fairs, STEM events, and other outreach initiatives.
- Assist with internal professional development and training initiatives.
- Help coordinate and administer the onboarding and support of our new hires.
- Collaborate with ENGEO’s marketing team to promote open roles and ENGEO culture.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as an HR professional preferred (professional services/consulting industry preferred), recruiting experience a plus
- Ability to commute to the San Ramon office regularly.
