What You Can Expect
Collaborating with the Retail Operations Senior Analyst to utilize various tools and applications aimed at minimizing credit risk exposure and credit losses through the accurate and timely management of disconnect and reconnect processes. Specialize in the collection of debt owed
Generate weekly Accounts Receivable reports in ARC to create batches for overdue ERCOT and non-ERCOT accounts
Ensure batches are generated and submitted to a third-party vendor for the distribution of customer dunning notices via email and mail
Collaborate with relevant teams—including sales, legal, digital, cash application, billing, and others—to address and resolve customer issues
Provide analytical support and conduct ad hoc analysis for the top 20 Resources and EP&G accounts
Conduct research and generate reports for various dashboards and PowerPoint presentations
Participate in key departmental projects and actively engage in cross-functional teams to support quality improvements, processes, and initiatives
Create a cerebro ticket concerning failed jobs, inaccurate data, report enhancements, and system enhancements
Collect and analyze data for UCB cleanup across Resources and EP&G
What You’ll Bring
A BS/BA from an accredited four-year college or university OR HS Diploma and 5+ years of work experience in an analyst role which includes financial reporting and analysis
Experience with Power BI or other similar data visualization tools a plus
Minimum of 3 years of retail energy industry experience Minimum 5 years business experience
