We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Design UI / UX Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) design principles and have a track record of creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital products. This position is in Reston, VA.
Job Responsibilities :
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering, ensuring a seamless transition.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and interpret data to understand user needs, validate design concepts, and iterate on designs.
Create user personas, user journeys, and storyboards to guide design processes and communicate ideas to the team.
Maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital platforms by adhering to design guidelines and standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI / UX trends, techniques, and technologies, and incorporate them into design projects.
Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback to peers, and iterate on designs based on feedback.
Balance user requirements, business goals, and technical constraints to produce optimal design solutions.
