eNGINE is seeking a Director of Business Analytics to support our customer, a non-profit based south of Pittsburgh. This person will be responsible for developing and aligning the analytics strategy with the overall goals of the company.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a director or similar managerial position
- Experience in a non-profit or youth-servicing company preferred
- Experience developing and evaluating KPIs
- Solid understanding of data analytics
- Experience with budgeting and process improvement
Must be able to work a hybrid schedule. No C2C.
