eNGINE is seeking a Requirements Analyst to join our team in the Pittsburgh area. This role involves working closely with Information Technology and various Business Areas within the bank to ensure their needs are understood and delivered, aligning with the overall IT strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Business Requirements (functional and non-functional), Use Cases, and required artifacts for projects from initiation through implementation.
- Ensure consistent communication with stakeholders to confirm requirements are being met.
- Follow change management protocols and adhere to project management processes.
- Utilize both waterfall and agile development methodologies.
- Facilitate stakeholders on process, strategy, and investments to achieve enterprise business and IT strategy.
- Align with internal business groups to determine their needs, develop business requirements, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Address problems through risk management and contingency planning, presenting solutions and/or options to the project manager and executive management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (commensurate experience considered).
- 5 years of experience in a business/requirements analyst role.
- 8 years of experience in an IT environment preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including good listening skills and openness to coaching.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Personality is crucial – must be able to dive deep, ask a lot of questions, and engage effectively with stakeholders.
