Position Overview: Engineer Reserve Corp is looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Operations/Communications Coordinator to join our team. This role requires someone who can seamlessly bridge the gap between clients and our engineering/design team while managing internal operations. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, professional demeanor, a knack for building strong relationships, and the ability to handle complex projects with efficiency and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
- Communicate client needs and project updates clearly and effectively the team.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.
- Serve as a representative for internal and external communications.
- Oversee and optimize workflows using tools like Asana.
- Manage financial records, budgets, and expense tracking with QuickBooks Online.
- Maintain organizational systems to support seamless operations for permit drawings, construction documentation, and 3D modeling projects.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Utilize Office 365 applications for team collaboration and document management.
- Implement and maintain a social media presence, focusing on platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Analyze social media engagement and provide recommendations for growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in executive assistance, operations management, or project coordination, ideally in an engineering or design-related field.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Proficiency in Asana, QuickBooks Online, Office 365, social media tools; familiarity with tools like Revit and AutoCAD preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in office administration or related field preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
