Customer Service Rep

Seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Rep to join our team. Must be able to provide exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess strong phone etiquette, data entry skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service along with experience in accounts receivables and accounts payable.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and typing speed and accuracy. Prefer experience with Excel, Word, and QuickBooks but we are willing to train the right person.

This is a professional office position available for an established company. The schedule is Monday - Friday from 9 AM – 4:30 PM with 1-hour non-paid lunch from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.

*Candidates must be available M-F 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM to cover when others are gone.

The right candidate will be extremely reliable, very personable, in search of a position that offers a variety of tasks, capable of typing at least 35 words per minute, and available Mon-Fri 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with availability to stay on a rare occasion until 5:00 PM when needed without hesitation.

Primary job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Data Entry
• Answering Phones
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers with their needs.
• Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer requests.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system utilizing QuickBooks Pro
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns and improve service processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Generate Shipping Labels
• Filing
• Assist owner with a variety of both professional and personal tasks
• Opportunities for more detailed work based on abilities

Qualifications

• Professional and outgoing phone etiquette
• Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in data entry and basic office computer applications.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
