HVAC Project Apprentices support Site Foreman and Service Technicians with the installation, maintenance, and servicing of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for a variety of Commercial and Industrial projects. Under the guidance of a Journey-Level HVAC Technician or Site Foreman, apprentices assist with installing new HVAC systems, maintaining existing systems, and servicing commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Apprentices may also be required to work from ladders and operate power tools. This position offers valuable On-the-Job Training and an opportunity to develop essential skills within the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of HVAC systems.
- Support the assembly of ductwork, fittings, and transportation of HVAC equipment.
- Ensure company vehicles are stocked and maintained with necessary tools and parts.
- Deliver parts to job sites as needed.
- Operate power tools and perform tasks from ladders under supervision.
- Contribute to general site preparation and HVAC system testing.

- Strong attention to detail, with effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and advance within the HVAC field.
- Mechanical Aptitude.
- OSHA 10 or the ability to obtain within 90 days.
- Valid Drivers License
