Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and communicate all work assignments to maximize productivity.
- Respond promptly to customer service requirements, both internal and external.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Complete all required reporting and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Assist the Service Manager in recruiting and evaluating new technicians.
- Maintain a pipeline of 3-5 qualified candidates for Field Technician positions.
- Audit performance of subordinates and provide feedback.
- Recommend personnel actions, including hiring, promotions, and terminations.
- Manage time efficiently to optimize scheduling and appointments.
- Identify customers’ long-term project requirements and prioritize their needs.
- Assist in analyzing scope of work and identifying key decision-makers.
- Maintain a professional personal appearance and adhere to the company’s Code of Ethics.
- Keep supervisors informed of all business activities.

- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and other technical documents
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve HVAC-related issues
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various physical environments
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
