Position Description
The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project team responsible for planning, directing & coordinating projects to assure customer commitments are met. Provide support to assure a timely flow of all materials, tools, test equipment and paperwork to all project technicians to fulfill customer requirements. Make sure all accounting needs are met & work as a team with all other associate personnel to assure a successful branch operation.
- Establish work schedules and assign to project technicians
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the Project Manager and the project team.
- Issue contracts, subcontract agreements and purchase orders
- Coordinate internal and external startup meetings
- Review field time tickets and inspection reports throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Process and track change orders
- Maintain a contract execution tracking log
- Develop and run reports for project managers
- Develop and maintain various spreadsheets for customers and project managers
- Assist with putting together manuals, letters, transmittals and submittals
- Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained.
- Monitor and track parts and / or equipment, on order, and schedule accordingly.
- Keep the Project Manager and others informed about project status and issues that may impact customer relations.
- Pay $20.00-$22.00 / hour
