About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join our team at Engineered Facades. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing proposed pricing and scope letters for project bids.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Proposed Pricing and Scope Letters: Create detailed pricing and scope of work proposals to meet client requirements.
- Gather and Evaluate Bid Documents: Collect and analyze bid information to provide accurate quotes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Building Construction Management, Drafting, Engineering, or related field.
