Job Summary
We are a small family owned and operated heavy equipment hydraulic supplies store. We custom make hydraulic hose assemblies for customers while they wait. We service a plethora of industries including but not limited to construction, refuse, manufacturing, forklift, farm, mobile repair, and many more. We also sell quick couplers, American and metric adapters, and hydraulic pumps. We disassemble, reseal, and assemble hydraulic cylinders from all different types of equipment and applications.
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking hydraulic technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to the efficient operation of our warehouse. Eventually, the candidate will be well versed in every aspect of the business and the world of hydraulics.

You must be proficient in using power tools and hand tools, and must be able to lift heavy hydraulic cylinder parts throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Be able to identify different hose types (i.e. hydraulic, water, gas, propane, diesel, etc) and know the appropriate product to provide the customer based on their application
- Be able to identify different hydraulic threads (i.e. american pipe, JIC, O-Ring Boss, Metric L, Metric S, British, Komatsu, JIS, etc)
- Greet customers at the door, take their hose and manufacture a new one while they wait
- Be able to identify different hydraulic threads and match the product the customer brought in
- Identify hydraulic couplers, valves, adapters
- Disassemble, reseal, and reassemble hydraulic cylinders of all sizes
- Manage inventory
Skills
- You must be a hard worker and someone interested in learning the field of hydraulics.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to workplace safety practices.
- Proficient in load unloading techniques and materials handling practices.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes in a warehouse setting.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
