Engineered Lifting Systems LLC, was established in 2004 and is a leader in the material handling industry. We provide service, sales, and parts to many different industries that require the use of overhead cranes and hoists.

Job Description:

This service Associate position is an entry level position in an office and shop setting. Position requires working with the service manager to assist with supporting the day-to-day operations of the service department. A motivated attitude and willingness to learn are crucial; industry knowledge is not a requirement. Drug testing will be required as part of employment.

Responsibilities:

· Align with the company’s vision, mission, and values in all interactions.

· Communicate professionally with customers via phone and email.

· Collaborate with vendors to provide repair solutions for customer requests.

· Oversee inventory management for stock items used in the shop and service trucks.

· Ensure PPE equipment is stocked and ready for use.

· Maintain a clean, organized shop.

· Help maintain the service truck fleet, ensuring they’re stocked, operational, and properly licensed.

· Maintain service equipment, including trucks, trailers, and manlifts.

· Ensure tools in both the shop and service trucks are in good working condition.

· A willingness to learn fork truck operation.

· Follow all company safety standards and procedures.

· A detail-oriented and self-driven attitude will be important for success.

· Participate in ongoing educational opportunities to continually grow in the role.

Basic Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED required.

Mechanical and electrical aptitude is preferred.

Drug testing at the time of employment.

Ability to build positive working relationships.

Self-motivated with a focus on task completion.

Comfort working at heights is necessary.

Skills Required:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Data entry and computer skills (Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook).

Typing skills and multi-tasking abilities are essential.

Job Location:

Office located in Fenton, MO the applicant should ideally be located nearby.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., may require extra hours depending on needs.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: $30,000 to $50,000 per year, based on experience.
