We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our organization's technology infrastructure and ensure the efficient operation of all IT-related functions. As an IT Manager, you will play a crucial role in aligning our technology initiatives with business goals while enhancing system performance, reliability, and security.
Responsibilities:
Manages Windows NT Domain Network, including network installation, configuration and ongoing maintenance, asset management
Serves as primary liaison with outsourcing provider for Oracle, Exchange, and technical issues
Maintains external and internal web technical environment and liaisons with external web network provider
Troubleshoots complex problems across multiple computer environments
Designs and supports Wide Area Network and liaisons with external carrier
Manages day-to-day PC end-user support function, supervising PC support specialist(s) and outside contractors as needed
Manages Microsoft Select Agreement and other desktop license agreements
Tracks new technologies and trends and evaluates opportunities for EMS
Interfaces with all levels of management
Monitors Track-It Help Desk system; responds to support requests
Ensures that sufficient IT systems capacity exist for meeting current and changing organizational needs.
Education and Experience:
BA/BS Degree; 10 years of related experience
Understanding of networking principles, routing protocols, TCP/IP, network topologies
NT Server Administration (3-5 years)
End-User Support (2-3 years) WAN Management (2-3 years)
Excellent Human Relations Skills
Salary : $95,000 - $100,000
